Client Rights and Complaint Information

If you have concerns regarding the professional services you receive, you are encouraged to discuss them directly with Anne Chester, LCSW whenever possible. Open communication often helps resolve misunderstandings and concerns promptly.

You also have the right to file a complaint with the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council (BHEC), the state agency responsible for licensing and regulating social workers, professional counselors, marriage and family therapists, psychologists, and related behavioral health professionals in Texas.
