What is ART Therapy?
Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is an evidence-based approach that helps individuals quickly and effectively process trauma, anxiety, and other emotional distress. Using guided eye movements and visualization techniques, ART allows clients to reframe painful memories and reduce their emotional impact—often in just a few sessions. It’s a gentle, structured therapy that doesn’t require retelling the full details of the trauma, making it a powerful option for those seeking meaningful relief without prolonged talk therapy.
